FG PLVC - Video PIVC

PLVC app is a new service built to remove the process of PIVC. The Pre Login Verification Call (PLVC) app enables the user to make the video of customer using the PIVC script. This would help in capturing the customer’s response against the questions that needs to be asked for verification. This process will help in removing the calling process and hence, improving the turnaround time for customer verification

This app can be used by Future Generali India Life Employees and Advisors/ Agents
